I am a governance consultant, an accredited coach (International Coaching Federation), and a Certified Director (SA) who has over 25-years accumulated diverse corporate experience in executive leadership, governance and legal compliance, enterprise risk management and policy writing.

I have practiced as an attorney and hold various qualifications including LLM(Tax)(Unisa), LLB(UKZN) and BA(Law)(UKZN). I also have a Certificate in Strategic Management (UNISA) and a Senior Management Certificate from USB, both with distinctions, and the Director’s Award from University of Stellenbosch Business School.Thanks 

Through my company Governance@Work, I focus on supporting organisations to implement effective governance. I do this through governance team building,  executive coaching, board and executive training, and policy writing.

I serve boards and committees and I am also a subject matter trainer at the Institute of Directors, South Africa (IODSA).
