THE ACTIVITIES

There is an array of giant childhood activities and games that the team will be familiar with, e.g., Pick up sticks, Jenga, Snakes and Ladders.

Each activity in Governance@Play™ has been carefully considered.

Each game serves a purpose and objective.

Different activities = different GRC awareness’s eg some games develops risk awareness, challenges and strengths, another focuses on diversity, ethics or collaborative thinking, one game develops goal setting skills. and so on.

THE PROGRAM

The program can be  tailored into 3 separate play dates :

1 – The Culture Club Engages!
Focus areas: Diversity, Inclusion, Communication strategies, Ethics

2 – “The biggest risk is not taking any risk!”  (Mark Zuckerberg)
Focus areas:  Strategy, Risk and Compliance, stakeholder relations.

3 – It’s a Goal!
Focus areas:  Governance@Play on a Board – Identify SWOT crucial to effective implementation.
